Our Curriculum at Duxford Primary School

Our inclusive curriculum is carefully designed, combining the National Curriculum with our own rich, topic-based curriculum, to enable our children the opportunity to become Attentive, Motivated, Imaginative and Spiritual learners. It is our belief that our curriculum allows our children to develop their learning, character and behaviour through making links across different areas of the curriculum. Consequently, children develop curiosity, enthusiasm and resilience- habits required to become effective learners- whilst developing an understanding of our community, the wider world and our place within it. Our inclusive, topic-rich curriculum focusses on equity and enjoyment where the children are at the heart of their own learning; allowing them to become independent, reflective and well-rounded individuals.
